I was able to hand out 200 McDonald gift cards to the homeless men and women of Atlanta. GOD directed people from all parts of the United States to send me gift cards to make this happen. While I was handing these out, I had an awesome encounter. I handed a card to a man Feronte, 42 years old. I said, “Sir, here is a $5 gift card to McDonalds for you.” He said, “I don’t want that **** card. I want cash.” I then took the card back and said, “Thank you, I will give it to someone else then.” I went on and handed some of the others out. That same guy, Feronte walked up to me and said, “What are you getting from giving these out? Why are you doing it? What is the catch?” I said, “Sir, this is just something that GOD directed me to do and HE provided the cards.” I walked on continuing to hand them out. He walked up to me again and said, “If there is no catch, I would like one. However I personally don’t believe in GOD.” I handed him the card and said, “That isn’t a problem, sir. GOD still sent me to help you. You didn’t believe in me when I first walked up, but you do now, right? That is because you have met me. Once you meet HIM, no one will ever be able to tell you differently.” He said, “Sir, I appreciate what you are doing. I am sorry that I was mean. I have just had a bad life.” I told him that I didn’t take it personally and neither does GOD. I reminded him that GOD loves him and has a better life for him. The conversation ended with a hug that he initiated. GOD is powerful! I love getting to be part of HIM!
